Hello there! This was my first experience at your salon, and I absolutely loved it! Chandler was my stylist, and she was beyond patient, understanding, and professional throughout my entire appointment. Best experience ever. The staff is warm and welcoming, the salon is stunning. Clean, upgraded amenities, everyone needs to experience the shampoo room, it’s the most relaxing experience ever. Alyssa was my stylist and she was so thorough and so talented. I left with the best hair cut of my life and can’t wait to return. Hyde and Alyssa are treasures here in Chapin! So excited to have discovered them and can’t wait to return!

I went in a few days ago and at first I loved it. So like always I went home and restyled my hair I just straightened it because that’s how I always wear my hair and I can’t wear it straight because my layers and ends of my hair are so choppy it literally looks like my six year old sister cut my hair with kitchen scissors. It looks absolutely horrible I hate it. To add on I can’t even curl it with a straightener like I normally do or a wand because it’s so uneven that my hair won’t pull all the way through without falling off my straightener. My hair sucks and I hate it now, I’m never going back

My 12 year old daughter wrote: I love that the people there are so nice and welcoming! Joanna was so nice and did an excellent job on my hair!! The washing station there is super relaxing and the seats are so comfortable. I loved the products they used and it had a big impact on my hair and made it smell so good. The service there is great and hope that we keep going there!

The experience at Hyde, in chapin, was wonderful. I felt so relaxed and welcomed. Alyssa did amazing with my hair! I feel like a whole new person. She took her time and made sure that every cut she made, I was ok with it. Wonderful person, amazing stylist!

This was my first cut and style with Barbara and it will not be my last. Barbara listened attentively to what I would like my hair to look like and took creative license as needed. I am so thankful that I ended up in Barbara's chair and had no hesitation in booking my next appointment with her.

My first visit to Hyde today was great. Daisy took the time to ask about my hair and how I like it cut, special features, etc. I was referred by my wife who raved about her first visit with Chandler. She asked if they do men's hair and Chandler suggested Daisy as "The Best". The location, parking, and pleasant front desk greeting all set up an excellent experience. Of course I set up my next appointment with Daisy before I left!

Joanna did a great job! She helped me pick the perfect toner and gave me a super cute cut that was exactly like I wanted. Most importantly to me, having curly hair, she fixed it so I could leave the salon and be proud of my new do!
